What
are the hours of operation?

What
time does the line start forming?
The ticket booth
opens at 7:00 pm. Expect longer wait times closer to Halloween,
especially the weekend before.
How
long is the wait in line?
We try to keep the
lines to a minimum. The last 2 weekends in October will be the longest
wait. Traditionally, Halloween night is the busiest night.
If I purchase a ticket
one night can I come back and use it on another night?
As long as you have
not used the ticket (and it has not been torn or
altered & the stub is attached) then you may use it on
any night we are open.
If
I get there before closing time and I bought a ticket will the
attraction close before I get a chance to go through?
We do not close
until every ticket holder has exited the trail. We do however, stop
selling tickets.
Can
I make a reservation?
The Reaper's
Dungeon is on a first come, first served basis. However, if you want to
enter at a specific time, R.I.P. Tickets are the only way to do so.
Does
The Reaper's Dungeon offer group rates?
Unfortunately, no.
We strive to keep our prices low so we do not currently offer a group
rate.
Does
The Reaper's Dungeon accept credit cards?
No, we do not
accept credit cards at this time. We are working to have that option
available in the future.
What is a R.I.P. Ticket
and how do I get one?
A R.I.P. Ticket
will give rapid access to the haunted attraction by
giving you a specific time you will get on the hay ride so you don't
have to wait in line. You purchase a R.I.P. Ticket at the ticket booth
for $12.00.
Are
the monsters/actors allowed to touch you?
Not
usually. Characters may brush up against you as you are going by.
However, they will not grab and drag you into the woods, unless....
Are
there any age restrictions?
The
Reaper's Dungeon is a very intense haunted attraction and therefore it
is NOT recommended for children under the age of 12. Children under 12
will be allowed with parental consent and accompaniment throughout the
entire attraction. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds, so make
sure your child is mature enough to handle the attraction.
Is
there smoke on the haunted trail?
Yes, we do use fog
machines.
Are
there strobe lights?
Yes, we do use
strobe lights.
Can
I go in if I'm pregnant?
We STRONGLY
RECOMMEND expectant mothers do not go through The Reaper's
Dungeon but if you choose to do so, you enter at your own risk.
Is
it a maze? Can I get lost?
Some areas of the
trail may be confusing, but there will be a tour
guide with you at all times to help you through.
Can
I wear my Halloween costume when I visit?
No. For safety
concerns we do not allow patrons to wear costumes.
Is
your attraction open if it rains?
The Reaper's
Dungeon will remain open if there is a light rain. If a heavy rain
moves in we may close early.
Once
we've used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A new ticket
is required for each entry.
Does your attraction
have security?
Yes. The Reaper's
Dungeon's Director is a State Law Enforcement Officer
and we have uniformed officers & onsite security on duty each
night.
Can
we be thrown out of the park for any reason?
Yes. We do not
allow foul language, vulgar behavior of any kind,
alcohol or illegal substances, weapons of any kind including pocket
knives, etc...
Remember you will
be asked to leave if any rules are broken, and no refund will be given.
Is
smoking allowed?
Smoking is not
allowed due to obvious safety concerns.
Can
we take flash photos of your haunted attraction?
No photography is
allowed while on the trail. However, the monsters
outside the trail will gladly pose for your pictures.
What can't we bring with
us while on the haunted trail?
No weapons! No
Alcoholic Beverages! No Cameras! No pets! No food or beverages! No
laser pointers or flashlights!
By purchasing a ticket you are acknowledging that you fully understand all posted safety warnings and will abide by all posted guidelines and regulations. You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all potential risks, dangers, and/or injuries that are associated with or occur at The Reaper's Dungeon. Should an emergency arise, such as an injury, you must notify a staff member immediately. The Reaper's Dungeon reserves the right to refuse admittance for any reason.
This
attraction utilizes strobe lights, extremely loud noises, fog effects,
realistic props, cinematic gore, power tools, uneven flooring, tight
spaces, and in some cases no lights at all. It is intended to be very
frightening. Performers are specifically trained to scare you.
Women who are pregnant and individuals who suffer from heart
conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, seizures, light sensitivity,
claustrophobia, incontinence or any other health condition that could
be aggravated by these special effects should consider this warning
before purchasing a ticket.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the attraction or around the building, including parking areas. We STRONGLY suggest you leave cell phones and expensive jewelery in your vehicle. There are cell phones lost every week that never get found. All of the attraction is outdoors in the woods.
Purchase of a ticket to this attraction is considered acknowledgement of these warnings as well as the assumption of any and all risks associated with entering this attraction.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS after you purchase a ticket, even if you do not enter the attraction.
Remember these rules are in place to protect you, our actors, props and sets.
